the story
I’m Heather, the owner and founder of Detail Locker. I have been a car detailing enthusiast for the past 7 years, and created the Auto Care HQ YouTube channel back in May 2020. Since then, I have been creating car detailing content both on my website and social media pages aimed at both enthusiasts and professionals.
Having recently moved into my first house, I was keen to get my garage organised with all the car detailing chemicals, equipment and accessories that I had accumulated. This was something that I had been massively looking forward to for the past couple of years.
I initially started by painting the garage walls, laying down the flooring, and installing some cabinets and drawers. Whilst this made a huge difference to my workspace, I just felt like there was something missing. So I set off in search for solutions which would fit the specific requirements for car detailing.
