DELIVERY INFO
We offer delivery to the UK. We do not deliver to any other countries at this time.
Please note that orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to customs charges duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any of these charges and the recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties. Please contact the customs authorities in your country to confirm any costs or import restrictions.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please see the delivery options available below for prices.

Detail Locker aims to package and send orders within two working days of receiving them. Please expect the fulfilment to take longer during sales or busy periods. We use Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 delivery services, which aim to deliver within 1 working day, and 2-3 working days respectively following collection.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible after they have been placed so we may not be able to change your order. However, you can contact us by emailing info@detaillocker.com and we will do our best to make the change if the order has not been dispatched.
PAYMENT INFO
We accept major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We use WooCommerce Payments.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders require full payment to be made at checkout. Pre-orders do not guarantee availability of an item, and pre-ordered items are sold on a first come, first served basis. Once we receive stock of the item, if there is insufficient stock to fulfil your pre-order, a full refund will be issued. We cannot guarantee a specific shipping date for pre-order items. Usual delivery timelines apply once the order has been shipped.
Please contact us by emailing info@detaillocker.com with your order number as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a pre-order. Please note that if the order has already been dispatched, then the usual returns and refund policy will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of the return.
