returns and refunds
We offer a 14 days returns policy from the date of delivery for products which are unused and in their original condition.
To initiate the return process, please email info@detaillocker.com with your original order number and name of the item you wish to return. Please do not attempt to return a product without contacting us first as we will not be able to process this.
Once the item has been received back, we will inspect the product to ensure it are unused and in its original condition. We will then issue the refund back to the original payment method used within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once issued, refunds typically take 2-5 days but can take up to 30 days depending on the method of payment used. Please note that only the standard delivery postage paid will be refunded. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery option when ordering, the difference between this and the cost of standard delivery will not be refunded. If only part of the original order is returned, you will not be entitled to a refund for any postage paid.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend that products are returned via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible, nor refund items that do not make it to us.
If you receive a damaged order, please provide photos as we may need to provide these to the delivery company to process a damages claim.
